Our company exists to provide practical online training that supports job application skills development.
Here is our story.
In 2014 our founders established an online training company to specifically to teach students and graduates around the world how to navigate the job application process. That training material was developed by careers counsellors and has been available to over 50,000 students each year.
In 2020 we saw the impact of the novel coronavirus pandemic affecting the employment of millions of people. We realised that with a new approach, we could adapt our training materials to support workers whose employment had been affected by the pandemic. Job Readiness Training helps workers to improve their job application skills.
Even though the job application process can differ from country to country, there are basic elements to the job searching process which remain uniform. We have broken the process down into 5 unique online training courses.
